But, in the real world only a certain per cent of the population can currently afford one. This raises the broad social question of what should be the countries policy toward home refinance with poor credit. Often, without access to their home’s equity, they can’t get the funds they need to improve their financial situation and in turn their credit and their ability to borrow. While still the economy is recovering, it’s not too soon to ask the question of how the country is going to address bad credit mortgage refinancing.
